Born in Serbia and raised in Adelaide, Dusko Lapcevic now lives in inner city Melbourne.
 
Initially trained as an engineer, but with further design & teaching qualifications he feels a little lost if he isn't learning.
 
Dusko adopts a pragmatic approach to design and enjoys working to a brief and developing strategic solutions for real world situations.
 
His range of multifunctional furniture for a young adult market won the 2007 Dunlop Foam, Young Designer Award and is currently in production and on sale in Australia.
 
In his design work he attempts to find elegant, pared back solutions that are attractive and functional while remaining simple to manufacture and use.
 
He is currently developing designs for clients as well as teaching and studying.
